Like many other research projects, Hallos has been studying what makes humans different for over 20 years However, its singularity is to provide the individual with the means to understand himself and the other through his relational dynamics. The original approach of the HALLOS & TRIADS method has been academically recognized and scientifically validated by the attribution of the title of Doctor of Business Administration to Marco Antonio Figueiredo de Camacho, its creator.

Tested in hundreds of coaching sessions, team-building activities and used by numerous clients, the HALLOS & TRIADS method has greatly contributed to improving relationships between leaders and their employees who have adopted it.

HALLOS & TRIADS has been applied for more than ten years in many international companies. Its use has helped to make teams very efficient and to gain in performance.
