As a mentor-coach, he participates internationally in several assessment, coaching, training and development programs on a professional and personal level of emotional, relational intelligence and collective intelligence. Partner of several European HR firms, he has worked as a mentor, coach and trainer with several large international companies (Airbus, Desigual, Astral Pool \/ Fluidra, Sennheiser, Boston Scientific, Pfizer, Wyeth). At the same time, for 15 years, as a lecturer at the University Polytechnic School of Montpellier, he helped engineering students understand the importance of the impact of the relational dimension in team’s management. In addition, as a professional Sophrologist, Practitioner in Neuro-feedback of Cardiac Coherence, he has a recognized expertise in stress management and emotions. Many of his clients consider Yannick to be a motivational facilitator because of his ability to quickly understand the capabilities of the people he works with and to help them express their full potential.<\/p>\n
