Coming from the HR world, she started her coaching practice in 2003 and has been working as a consultant in different regions and industries in Europe, Middle East, APAC and LATAM for more than 10 years.
She has coached many leaders, as a mentor, leader/coach, training and advising them on starting a new role, managing conflict, defining career steps, and developing relationships with multiple systems. As a team coach, she helps define a common horizon, aligned around shared goals and identity. Many clients appreciate the balance between logic and emotion, knowledge and intuition, reflection and action in his work. A former high-level sportswoman, Suzannha was for more than 10 years a manager in active mobility. As a mentor-coach, he participates internationally in several assessment, coaching, training and development programs on a professional and personal level of emotional, relational intelligence and collective intelligence. Partner of several European HR firms, he has worked as a mentor, coach and trainer with several large international companies (Airbus, Desigual, Astral Pool / Fluidra, Sennheiser, Boston Scientific, Pfizer, Wyeth). At the same time, for 15 years, as a lecturer at the University Polytechnic School of Montpellier, he helped engineering students understand the importance of the impact of the relational dimension in team’s management.
